The short answer is no. Only one account is allowed per service provider. The longer answer is below:
We are often asked if trade members can have more than one account, and the simple answer to this is no. Having multiple accounts would give an unfair advantage to the member with more than one account over the other trade member professionals and increase their visibility in the search results on our site.
Naturally, we do not allow this. Additionally, having multiple accounts for members provides a reduced quality experience for homeowners looking to make choices from several tradespeople since they would constantly receive the same suppliers listed multiple times, which goes against being able to compare services. Having multiple accounts reduces the quality and relevance of a supplier's main listing too and drags down the quality of the whole platform.
Please do not, therefore, attempt to add more than one listing to try to cover the whole of your area with various names of your business or different listing for different services you provide. You should only need one listing and you should make that as comprehensive and high quality as you possibly can. Add photographs of your work, request reviews and encourage customers to leave feedback on the services you have provided. Share your profile far and wide. Add your qualifications and trade memberships and ensure you provide information such as your top services so people know what you are truly an expert in.
In the event that a supplier adds more than one listing their most recent listing will be retained in the system and previous listings will be removed in their entirety from our platform. If you change your business name then that is a different matter. You should request a name change in your account and an administrator will look at approving this for you. The listing will remain the same listing but with a different web address and you will be able to retain everything you have built with that profile.
